There is no mailing list yet, and rather than build one badly, here is the honest version: send an email asking to be notified when the record is revised, and you will be — from a person, not a platform.

What you would actually receive
Four times a year: the revised record — bot traffic, machine-written content share, detection reliability, fraud losses. Each figure with a named source and a date, and any superseded number kept on the page rather than deleted.
Whenever it happens: corrections. Every figure this site changes after publication, and why, goes into the corrections log — dated, with the reasoning, never quietly edited away.
Occasionally: a new explainer when something genuinely changes — a law taking effect, a research finding that overturns something here.
No daily digest. No "10 AI tools you need". No engagement email designed to bring you back for its own sake. This site is a reference, not a habit — if you only open it when something changes, it is working as intended. There are no ads on it and nothing is being sold, which is why there is no reason to manufacture your attention.
More useful than following: send a correction. If a figure here is wrong, outdated, or missing context, say so — corrections that arrive with a primary source attached get acted on fastest, and every one gets logged in public with the date. A reader who catches an error does more for this site than a thousand subscribers.
Also useful: send the household guide to someone who needs it. It is written to be printed and left by a phone.
